Refund policy
Robo Hunters will process eligible returns for incorrect or damaged products only. You may return ordered items in new condition with original packaging within 7 days after receipt (with the exception of clearance items, gift cards and special ordered items).
To return your order follow the steps below:
1. Please email us at cs@robohunters.com with photos and/or videos showing the packaging and contents. Upon verification we will issue a RMA form and shipping labels to you.
2. Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials.
Following the shipping instruction and the merchandise via specific shipping carrier. Please include the approved RMA form in the returned package and note the RMA number on the exterior of the packaging.
Once your online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed.
Carriers such as USPS Priority, Fedex, and UPS will insure the package up to $100 for damage or loss during transit. The coverage does not include mail theft, which has become a significant issue in recent times. Please note that neither the shipping carriers nor Robo Hunters will cover losses resulting from mail theft. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a shipping location that is safe to receive packages. If a mail theft incident occurs the customer should notify the local police department and file a police report then inform the shipping carrier to trace the package to ensure that the package was delivered at your location. Please check with your household members, neighbors, reception area or employer to confirm that the package has been compromised before filing for a police report.
